Please burn the candle for the first time for 1-2 hours until all of the top layer has melted to maximize the life of the candle.

Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Keep the candle away from anything flammable, children, animals, and draughts.

Please do NOT eat this candle. No part of this candle is edible.
Please trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use so that flame forms properly. This can be done by pinching off the previously burned parts of the wick.

Sometimes it takes a few tries to light a wooden wick, but that is perfectly normal.
Due to the handmade nature, your order may look a little different from the photos.

Wet spots can appear when some areas of wax come away from the container. This is due to the drastic change in the temperature. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the performance of the candle. I do my best to manage this but this can also happen in transit.

Frosting is a crystalization of wax that looks white-ish mainly noticeable on the side of the candles. This is caused by drastic changes in the temperature. I do my best to avoid this, but natural wax such as soy wax is known to be prone to this. This can occur in transit as well as after each burn. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the performance of the candles.

Absolutely amazing products, I’m over the moon with them. Presents for christmas and they are gorgeous! There was an issue with the delivery service so the seller very kindly went out of their way to sort this for me and I have received my order before christmas☺️couldn’t be happier thank you x
